$\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}+2}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}+2}\times \frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{\sqrt{3-2}}=\frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{3-4}=\frac{\sqrt{3}-2}{-1}=-\sqrt{3}+2=2-\sqrt{3}$
