$\frac{1\tfrac{1}{3}+\tfrac{1}{2}\text{ of }6}{\tfrac{1}{3}\times 15\div \tfrac{5}{3}}=\frac{\tfrac{4}{3}+3}{\tfrac{1}{3}\times 15\times \tfrac{3}{5}}=\frac{\tfrac{13}{3}}{3}=\frac{13}{9}$
