Option A:

Option C:

$\begin{align}  & y=\tfrac{2}{3}{{x}^{3}}-\tfrac{4}{x}=\tfrac{2}{3}{{x}^{3}}-4{{x}^{-1}} \\ & \frac{dy}{dx}=2{{x}^{2}}+4{{x}^{-2}}=2{{x}^{2}}+\tfrac{4}{{{x}^{2}}} \\\end{align}$
