Let the common term be x, so the value of M, N, Q are 5x, 4x, 3x respectively
$\therefore \frac{2N-Q}{M}=\frac{2(4x)-3x}{5x}=\frac{8x-3x}{5x}=\frac{5x}{5x}=1$
