From the table above, find the median and range of the data respectively

Total frequency = 1+ 4 + 3 + 8 + 2 + 5 =23
The median class will be $\tfrac{n+1}{2}th\text{ term}=\tfrac{23+1}{2}th=12th\text{ term}$
From the table, the 12th term will be 3.
While the range is 5 – 0 = 0
(median, range) =(3, 5)
