$\begin{align} & N=\frac{P}{2}\left( \frac{{{T}_{1}}-{{T}_{2}}}{{{T}_{1}}} \right) \\ & 12=\frac{P}{2}\left( \frac{27-24}{27} \right) \\ & 24=P\left( \frac{3}{27} \right) \\ & P=\frac{24\times 27}{3}=216 \\\end{align}$
