Find the equation of the set of points which are equidistant from the parallel line x =1 and x = 7

Jamb Maths Solution: 

If the two points P and Q, point N  will be perpendicular bisector of PQ  that is N divides P and Q into 2 equal parts.

So the equation that will be equidistant from x =1 and x = 7 is x = 4, which is the midpoint of x =1 and x = 7
