$\begin{align} & P=\frac{M}{5}(X+Q)+1 \\ & P-1=\frac{M}{5}(X+Q) \\ & 5P-5=MX+MQ \\ & 5P-5-MX=MQ \\ & Q=\frac{5P-5-MX}{M} \\\end{align}$
